All guests in the group, regardless of age, must have an entry pass to enter
Passes are valid only for the issued date and time and void if altered
Chaperones and Tips:
All children (16 and younger) must be accompanied by an adult chaperone
At least one adult chaperone is required to accompany up to 10 children
Any chaperone or additional guests arriving at a later time must secure their own parking/entry pass and must have contact information for their onsite group representative
Outside food and beverages are permitted, however, there is no storage area available for these items.
The Zoo is open rain or shine. We have many indoor facilities, and if you dress for the weather, you can still thoroughly enjoy your visit
Zoo Entry:
Groups must present their printed or digital timed-entry passes to be scanned at the Zoo’s pedestrian entrances
Groups must arrive and stay in line and enter together by “Order Number.” Additional guests arriving by other modes of transportation or at a later time, must secure their own passes.
If your group needs to meet after entry into the park, please proceed past the Zoo’s pedestrian entrances to reduce crowding
